For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the payment will be charged immediately after booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or changes.

Upon checking in, a government-issued photo ID is mandatory. A credit card must also be presented for incidental charges. This establishment will place an authorization hold on credit and debit cards for incidental expenses for reservations where payment for the stay is to be made on-site rather than at the time of booking.

Guests are required to present the same card that was utilized for the booking at the time of check-in.

In accordance with our hotel policy, all requests must be validated via email by the authorized personnel; otherwise, they will not be recognized for any future additional invoices or commissions.

Please note that if a reservation is marked as non-refundable, non-cancellable, or something similar, cancellations will result in a 100% charge, irrespective of when the cancellation is requested.

Children aged 10 and older may incur extra bed charges.
