According to local tax regulations, visitors holding a tourist visa for Israel are not required to pay VAT on their bookings. Israeli citizens and residents (classified as “non-tourists” in the VAT law) do need to pay VAT, which is automatically included in the total reservation cost for domestic guests. Please be aware that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is permitted only after 18:00. Additionally, the swimming pool is accessible from mid-April through October. The spa operates Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 19:00, and on Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Swimming pool #1 will be closed from Saturday, October 08, 2022, until Friday, March 31, 2023.
