Important information for visitors at this property

As of 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is enforced for all international guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and should be settled at check-in. Guests holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a legitimate MY PR Card for permanent residents are exempt from this fee. Additionally, it’s important to note that guests must take a ferry from either Mersing Jetty or Tanjung Gemok Jetty to reach the resort. The ferry journey lasts approximately one and a half hours and incurs extra charges.

Guests who are under 18 years old must check in accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
