    Kindly be informed that HOVIMA Santa María does not accept American Express cards.

    Additionally, one of the swimming pools is heated from November through March.

    Beach and pool towels are available at the reception for a nominal fee.

    Please be aware that apartments are cleaned five times per week. Towels are replaced three times a week, and bed linens are changed on a weekly basis.

    It’s important to note that infants are classified as children under the age of 2.

    Guests aged between 2 and 13 are regarded as children.

    Minors under 18 years must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or older.
