The hotel’s Welcome Lounge at Kyoto Station is situated on the ground floor of the Cerema Building. It operates daily from 09:30 to 17:00 and is exclusively for registered guests.

Details on free shuttle services:

– From the Welcome Lounge at Kyoto Station, the shuttle departs at the top (–:00) and bottom (–:30) of each hour between 10:30 and 17:00, excluding 12:30 and 15:00.

– From Hotel Okura Kyoto, the shuttle leaves at –:05 and –:35 every hour from 10:05 to 16:35, with no service at 12:05 and 14:35.

Please be advised that the shuttle ride lasts approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Staff will greet guests at the hotel lobby or the Welcome Lounge.

The luggage delivery service operates under the following conditions:

Luggage received at the Welcome Lounge by 14:00 will be delivered to the hotel by 17:00.

Luggage received at the hotel by 11:00 will be sent to the Welcome Lounge at a requested time between 14:00 and 17:00.
