The Furano Ski Resort Kitanomine Zone operates from late December until late March, while the Furano Ski Resort Furano Zone is open from late November through the first week of May. Kitanomine Zone is situated directly in front of the property.

Guests who do not have a meal plan and wish to have breakfast at the hotel will need to make a reservation at the time of check-in.

Guests with tattoos may be restricted from accessing public bathing areas and other communal facilities.

Guests will not be able to modify the number of guests at check-in. Please adjust the number through Booking.com prior to arrival.

For guests who have booked dinner, please verify the guest count at least one day before arrival, as dinner will be prepared only for the confirmed number of guests.
