Kindly be aware that parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s important to note that the car park may already be filled with vehicles from guests currently staying at the hotel. Please refrain from parking without prior authorization.

We would like to inform you that the hotel will be conducting an electrical equipment inspection on 2-Sep-2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. During this time, all electrical amenities, including the elevator and water supply, will be unavailable due to a power outage.

Additionally, please be advised that construction activities will take place from Thursday, August 8 to Friday, August 9, and from Friday, August 16 to Saturday, August 17, from 11 PM until approximately 6 AM on the west side of Shimizu Station. Some rooms may experience noise disturbances during this period.

This property does offer extended stays beyond one month; however, Booking.com does not provide a lease to guests.
