Important information for guests at this property

The Hotel Library maintains the right to pre-authorize your card before your arrival. For bookings that are non-refundable, the total cost of the reservation may be charged anytime following the booking. The charge will be made in the guest’s local currency.

Upon arrival, guests must present the credit card used for the booking.

If this is not feasible, guests must possess an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if they are not accompanying them on the trip.

Please be informed that the following policies are applicable for reservations involving five rooms or more: The hotel may require a pre-payment as a reservation guarantee.

The prepayment amount is set at 50% of the total booking value, and it must be made via bank transfer exclusively. Payments by credit card are not permitted for securing the reservation.

Keep in mind that group bookings will not be confirmed until the hotel has received the necessary prepayment. This payment is non-refundable.

Guests must provide a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Additionally, all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
