    For bookings of 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional fees will be applicable. The property will get in touch with guests after their booking. Please be aware that requests for extra beds and cots need to be confirmed with the hotel prior to your arrival. Guests will be required to pay for extra bed charges for children (£30 per night) directly to the hotel.

    The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces available. We suggest using the NCP Rother Street CV37 6JP for parking needs. Alternatively, there is the Rother Street Civic car park located behind the hotel, which operates on an hourly pay-and-display basis, with an overnight charge of £22.50 (subject to changes).

    If you are traveling with a dog, please note that there is an additional fee of £25 for one dog or £40 for a maximum of two dogs per night. Dogs are permitted in designated guest rooms—please inform the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, our Signature Suite, Suite, and Junior Suites cannot accommodate dogs.

    The rates that include breakfast provide a full-cooked breakfast, while dinner-inclusive rates cover 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Some items may incur additional charges.
