A deposit via PayPal for the non-refundable plan is necessary to secure guest bookings. The property will reach out to guests post-booking with payment instructions. Guests must complete the PayPal transaction by the specified date or their reservations may be cancelled.

Access to the Spa & Pool is available for an extra fee, unless it is included in the room rate. Please be advised that children aged 3 and under are not permitted in the spa area, including the outdoor heated tub, hot springs, and pool. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Those aged 13 and older can utilize the fitness center.

We would like to inform you that all facilities in the pool area will be closed temporarily for regular upkeep.

The maintenance will take place on the following dates:

・From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Friday, September 6, 2024

・From Monday, March 3, 2025, to Friday, March 7, 2025

The fitness gym, bathing area featuring an “Onsen” bath, and locker rooms will remain open during this time.

However, the swimming pool, dry sauna, jet bath, and steam sauna will be inaccessible.
