To ensure the safety of all guests and staff, it’s important to note that travelers arriving from high-risk areas may be required to undergo additional PCR testing at the resort’s discretion.

When checking in or making a payment at the hotel, please present the same credit card that was used to secure your reservation. Be aware that the property may reach out to the cardholder for verification. In the event of any refunds, the booking will be refunded after deducting bank fees.

A maximum of 2 children aged 0–12 years can enjoy complimentary meals according to the rules and meal plan of the accompanying adult, excluding alcoholic drinks. Additionally, a Green Tax of USD 6 per child, per night will be applicable.

For safety and privacy reasons, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones by any guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is not permitted.

Surfers intending to visit the Resort from March to November must secure a complete “Surf & Accommodation” package through The Perfect Travel Group, as the resort cannot accept direct surfing bookings due to an exclusivity agreement with The Perfect Travel Group. Thus, guests wishing to surf are required to book a full package, which includes accommodation and a daily surf pass through The Perfect Travel Group.

All transfers to and from the resort are organized based on international flight schedules. Guests must provide their flight information at least 24 hours before their travel date. The cost for shared return speedboat transfers is USD 130 – taxes included – per adult and USD 70 – taxes included – per child aged 4 to 12 years, applicable until 31 October 2024. From 01 November 2024 onwards, the prices will be USD 150 – taxes included – per adult and USD 75 – taxes included – per child aged 4 to 12 years.

Please be aware that the property organizes a mandatory Gala Dinner on 24th December at an additional cost of USD 318 per adult – taxes included – and on 31st December for an extra cost of USD 446 per adult – taxes included. These additional charges must be settled directly with the property upon check-out.

Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID and credit card. Kindly note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and extra costs may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

A damage deposit of US$100 is required at check-in. This will be requested via credit card. You should receive your reimbursement within 7 days of check-out, provided that the property passes inspection.
