Kindly be informed that the hotel has discontinued the availability of the following amenities as of 20 March 2019: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Guests may check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of their arrival, with check-out scheduled for any time before 12 noon on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorisation of GBP 50 per night is required at check-in for incidentals, charged to a credit card. This pre-authorisation is fully refundable upon check-out following a damage inspection of the accommodations. Please note that the pre-authorisation hold may take up to 7 days to be released back into the guest’s account.

We offer various parking options, including discounted rates at the Highcross Rooftop car park when validated by the hotel. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park adjacent to the hotel, where payment is made directly. NCP rates are available on their website.
