The shuttle operates approximately every 30 minutes from 5:00 am to 11 am, hourly from 11 am to 1 pm, and resumes every 30 minutes from 3 pm to 11 pm, contingent on availability. The hotel driver exclusively provides drop-off and pick-up services at Birmingham International Train Station, and no signage is present at station bus stops according to station manager regulations. An automatic monorail at the station offers a complimentary 30-second ride to the Airport.
