Important information for visitors at this location

Kindly be aware that bringing outside food, beverages, and shisha into the hotel is not allowed.

A maximum of 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child under 12 years can accompany parents.

Children under 6 years stay and dine for free, while kids aged 6 to 12 pay half the adult meal supplements.

Only 1 extra bed is allowed in King Bedrooms, with an additional charge of 60++ JOD.

For all prepaid reservations, the original credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in if a charge has been made.

Please note that the spa is currently closed, although guests may schedule massages in the interim treatment rooms.

The floating pontoon is presently under renovation and is off-limits.

Guests can still take pleasure in the beach.

Kindly note that outside food, beverages, and shisha are not allowed in the hotel.
