    In compliance with government guidelines on health protocols to curb the spread of Covid-19, we are currently closing the following facilities: the swimming pool, gym, and spa until further notice.

    The swimming pool located in front of HARRIS Cafe – Tower C&D will be temporarily closed for renovations until further notice. Guests may still enjoy another swimming pool, situated in front of our Ballroom – Tower A&B, though certain Terms & Conditions apply, and reservations must be made directly with the hotel prior to arrival.

    A damage deposit of Rp 500,000 is required upon arrival. This fee will be collected in cash and will be reimbursed at check-out. Your full deposit will be refunded in cash, provided the property passes an inspection.
