All guests are required to sign the property’s Terms of Stay.
Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and credit card must be presented. Both the credit card and photo ID should be in the same name as the guest listed on the booking confirmation. If the reservation was made under a different name than the guest’s name at check-in, an authorization form will be necessary.
Be aware that there is a non-refundable credit card fee of 2.0% when using Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club for payment.
Early check-in is available for an extra fee of $30.00 before 10:00 am only (after 10:00 am, it will be subject to room availability).
Guests can opt for late check-out for an additional charge of $35.00 until 1:00 pm (a day-use rate applies after 1:00 pm). Please inform reception by 10:00 am on your check-out day if you need a late check-out.
This property enforces a strict ‘No Party Policy.’ Non-compliance with property policies may lead to guest eviction and forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.

Our breakfast service runs from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Monday through Sunday). We offer a DELICIOUS SUNRISE BREAKFAST for $20.00 per person, which includes one serving of a hot plated breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, & baked beans) along with free access to toast, cereal, canned fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juice.
UPGRADE NOTICE: 2023 – 2025 April 2023 to June 2025
From April 2023 through June 2025, the hotel will undergo renovations on rooms across all floors.
During this significant project, guests should expect:
• Varying noise levels between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm daily. Some noise may be loud or repetitive at times.
• Work crews will not operate on Sundays unless delayed by weather conditions.
• The entrance point/lobby area will remain unaffected.
• Access to lifts may be restricted at various times.
• Access to the courtyard may be limited at certain times.
• Access to the 3rd and 4th floors of the building will not be available.
• Parking will be very limited throughout the construction period, with periods of no parking due to egress upgrades.
• Please respect “Construction Zones.”

Construction work outside the Hotel has commenced– the development is directly across the street from the Great Southern Hotel. Project Managers have indicated that the final completion of The Star Casino and Queen’s Wharf project is anticipated for late 2025. These developments are beyond our control:
• There will be varied noise levels, which may be loud or repetitive at times.

A damage deposit of AUD 100 will be required upon arrival. This needs to be paid in cash. You will receive the full amount in cash upon check-out, contingent upon an inspection of the property.
