One complimentary child aged 0-12 is permitted during off-peak seasons. To validate this offer, please include the child’s information and age during the booking process. Credit cards issued to individuals other than the guest (e.g., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student/Youth policy (AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND) defines Student/Youth Travelers as any guests aged 24 years or younger traveling without a legal parent or guardian. This policy applies at ALL Oasis properties year-round. Generally, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property accepting Student/Youth GROUPS (this does not extend to family travel). Any guests classified as Student/Youth Travelers must adhere to the following conditions: § At check-in, travelers will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee (fees may vary). This policy is mandatory, applies per person, and is non-refundable. The operator must inform all Students/Youths of this charge. The minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years. All rooms must have at least one occupant who is 18 or older if they are hosting a 17-year-old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 must provide a notarized consent form from a parent or legal guardian, granting authorization and accepting responsibility for the guest. No guest under the age of 17 may stay in any room without a parent or legal guardian present. Any student group traveling with guests under 18 will need chaperon(s); one chaperon is necessary for every 1-19 students/youths under 18. The minimum age for a chaperon is 25. All students will receive a special bracelet for identification purposes; this policy is applicable throughout the year. Please note that the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charged at check-in.

At check-in, guests will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee of $30.00 USD (Charges may apply for individuals aged 18-25 staying from February to April. Cash Only. This policy is mandatory, per person, and non-refundable).
