We would like to inform you that there is ongoing construction aimed at preventing soil erosion along the waterfront. The work on the retaining wall is expected to continue until mid-April; however, this will not interfere with any hotel activities or amenities on the premises. During this period, access to the bay from the resort will be limited.

The applicable GST rates based on your room selection are as follows: 12% for room rates below INR 7500 and 18% for room rates exceeding INR 7500. Should you pay more tax than necessary, you can reclaim the excess amount from the hotel at check-out. Conversely, if you pay less tax than required, the hotel reserves the right to collect the owed amount from you at check-out.
