The establishment offers a complimentary shuttle service between Kawaguchiko Station, Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop, and the property. Please be aware that guests must reserve a spot to utilize this free shuttle. Reservations can be made starting from one day prior to the arrival date. To secure your reservation, please contact the property directly at least 30 minutes beforehand.

The shuttle leaves the property every hour from 08:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 19:00.

Buses depart Kawaguchiko Station every hour from 08:45 to 12:45 and 14:20 to 19:20.

The shuttle operates from the Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop every hour between 08:55 to 12:55 and 14:10 to 19:10.

To dine at the property, guests must check in by 17:00. Those arriving after this time should notify the property in advance. Contact details are available on the booking confirmation.

Guests without a meal plan wishing to have dinner at the property need to make a reservation beforehand.

Please be informed that hot springs are currently not in service.
