For bookings of 28 nights or longer, charges for electricity and water usage will be billed separately. Electricity is charged at 10 THB per kWh and water at 100 THB per person for every 4-week period.

Early check-in, starting at 06:00, incurs an additional fee of 30% of the daily rate. For late check-out until 18:00, a similar charge of 30% of the daily rate will apply.
