●Only one small or medium-sized emotional support pet, weighing up to 20 kg/44 lb, is permitted.
●Guests must present a medical certificate from a mental health professional that includes a seal and professional license, which must be valid for up to 12 months from the check-in date.
●The emotional support pet must always be outfitted with a harness, vest, or leash and may only inhabit designated areas: the guest room, walking paths, and areas set aside by the hotel.
●Emotional support dogs are prohibited from entering restricted spaces.
●Guests are accountable for their emotional support pet’s behavior and agree to cover any damages or harm caused to other guests, employees, or customers within their personal space, as well as to the hotel’s facilities and/or furnishings.
