1. If you’re making a reservation for someone else and will not be accompanying them, you must provide at least one adult’s complete name and phone number immediately after the reservation is confirmed. This is for emergency situations. Failure to do so may lead the host to cancel the reservation. 2. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the unit. Breaching this rule could result in cancellation of the reservation and immediate eviction. 3. Please ensure that kitchen items are cleaned before use. 4. Eating in the bedrooms is not allowed. 5. Any damages must be reported promptly. 6. Hosting parties or events is strictly forbidden. If a party or event occurs without the host’s consent, you will be required to leave the property immediately. 7. All overnight visitors must be included in the reservation; violations may lead to cancellation and immediate eviction. 8. Guests are not allowed to use the property for any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, drug use, harboring fugitives, or any form of abuse towards people or animals. 9. It is unsafe to disconnect the fire alarm system. 10. Please refrain from using white bathroom towels for makeup removal or sleeping on linens with makeup. If any towels or linens become stained, a fee will be incurred. 11. Guests are responsible for replacing the batteries of any items that run out, such as AAA or AA batteries. 12. Laundry hours: 9 am – 7 PM. Due to the apartments above or next to the room, it is crucial to keep noise levels down and follow the provided instructions. 13. Basic supplies are available in the kitchen, bathrooms, and other areas of the unit. You may bring your own items if you have specific needs or check with us about availability, although we cannot guarantee it. 14. A one-time cleaning fee will apply. For stays longer than a week that require cleaning service, we can recommend cleaning services or you may organize this yourself. 15. We may occasionally need to inspect the property (for plumbing or electrical issues) with a 24-hour notice. 16. While we aim to accommodate reasonable requests from guests, please understand that we do not offer hotel-like services. 17. Each reservation includes one parking space in the parking lot. 18. Portable window AC units may be removed between October 10 and May 15. 19. Unless it’s an emergency, mechanical repairs may take at least 24 hours or sometimes longer. 20. “Building maintenance and repair work may take place between 8:30 am and 6 pm, excluding Sundays. Guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Please be aware that all Special Requests depend on availability and may incur additional charges.

If you depart early, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
