Please be aware that a 2.5% credit card surcharge applies when using a credit card. A valid photo ID and credit card are mandatory upon arrival. The credit card will be used for a pre-authorization to cover any incidental charges. Alternatively, a cash or Eftpos deposit of NZD$100 per day will be required as a security bond, in addition to your total accommodation costs, with any remaining amount refunded at departure. All guests must sign the property’s Terms of Stay. Please note that a valid photo ID must be provided at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include a NZ driver’s license, a valid local/foreign passport, or an 18+ card. Additionally, this property enforces a strict ‘No Party Policy’. The hotel offers valet parking at a rate of $50/night until January 31, 2024; starting February 1, 2024, the valet parking fee will increase to $55/night. Availability is limited and subject to confirmation. All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. Guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or legal guardian, who must present a current photo ID or proof of guardianship upon request at check-in. If you are booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional fees may apply.
