According to local tax regulations, visitors holding a tourist visa for Israel are not required to pay VAT on their booking. Israeli citizens and residents, defined as “non-tourists” under VAT laws, are subject to VAT charges. This tax is factored into the total reservation cost for domestic guests. For those booking from outside Israel, the tax is excluded from the overall price.
The total amount for the stay will be charged to the credit card used during the booking process 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the credit card will be refunded the total amount minus a one-night cancellation fee. Please be aware that check-in may be delayed on Saturdays and during Jewish holidays. During these times, rooms will be available only 2 hours after sunset. Additionally, children under 16 years are not permitted in the wellness center.
Guests must present a photo ID and credit card at check-in. It’s important to note that all Special Requests depend on availability and may incur extra charges.
