At the time of booking, a full prepayment will be charged to secure your reservation. Guests must present a photo identification and credit card during check-in. Please be aware that all Special Requests depend on availability and might incur additional charges. It’s important to note that all beds are 120cm-wide small double beds, rather than the standard 135cm-wide double beds. Additionally, towels are not provided; upon arrival, guests can collect a complimentary towel at the reception, limited to one towel per person. For extra towel replacements, a fee of £5 per towel will apply. Luggage storage is offered before check-in and after check-out for a cost of £5 per bag. Shower gel is available at the reception. Double rooms come with access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that there are no meal options available. All rooms are designated non-smoking, and a fine of £150 will be imposed for smoking inside the building. On arrival, a damage deposit of £100 must be provided, which will be processed via credit card. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days after check-out, pending an inspection of the property.
