Please be aware that the Classic Double Room and the Superior Double Room can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Additionally, for non-refundable rates, the hotel will contact you to request a copy of the credit card used for the reservation and a copy of the ID of the cardholder matching the name on the booking within 24 hours. If this information is not provided within that time frame, your reservation will be canceled. For other types of bookings, upon your arrival, you will need to present the credit card used for the reservation along with an ID that matches the name on both the card and the booking.
