It is important to note that the credit card used to secure your booking, along with the cardholder, must be presented during check-in or payment at the hotel. The property maintains the right to decline any reservations made by a third party. In the event of a cancellation due to non-compliance with this policy, the hotel will impose a one-night cancellation fee.

Please be aware that an additional charge applies for children aged 10 years and older. For bookings that include breakfast, only two guests are entitled to breakfast. Children do not receive breakfast but this option can be added at check-in for an extra fee. For more information, please reach out to the property directly.

Since the substantial damage caused by the super typhoon that affected the Visayas region, several aspects of Costabella have changed; however, many beloved features continue to exist. We have made improvements to meet higher standards while preserving our authentic, warm, and caring service. Please be aware that The Boardwalk is currently unavailable until further notice. We are deeply saddened by this loss. Plans for reconstruction are in place, but a timeline has yet to be established.

There is ongoing construction at our neighboring property near the West Wing. Work occurs daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The West Wing houses our Premiere Deluxe poolside and Seafront Suites. We appreciate your understanding as we have no control over developments at nearby properties. Thank you for your patience.

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our facilities to enhance your experience. As part of this improvement initiative, we will be renovating the restrooms at La Terraza and the Brisa Restaurant.

Renovation Timeline

La Terraza restrooms: May 13 – June 15, 2024

Brisa Restaurant: June 3 – October 31, 2024

During the renovation period, please note that the restrooms at La Marina and our Shower Rooms will be accessible for your convenience.

Guests will need to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Please keep in mind that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), enhanced safety and sanitation protocols are currently in place at this property.

A damage deposit of ₱ 3,000 is required upon arrival. This deposit must be paid in cash and will be refunded at check-out, contingent upon a property inspection.
