And believe me, I’ve timed it myself – it’s definitely not 10 minutes! To elevate your weekend outings, a fantastic weekend ticket has been introduced (currently priced at £6.80), permitting you to board the metro from 6:30 pm on Friday evening until 11:45 pm on Sunday. Imagine this: you can now travel to Manchester Airport, catch the metro with your weekend ticket (available only at the ticket machine after 6:30), and return to the airport, saving a handsome sum of at least £40.00.
