Dog Policy: We are proud to be a pet-friendly hotel, allowing one small pet in designated hotel rooms and outdoor kennels accompanying the self-catering villas. We provide pet packages that include Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, and even Dinner rates. Only a limited number of our spacious guestrooms are Dog Friendly, so availability is restricted. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to secure a pet-friendly room and take advantage of our pet package deal. There is a Pet fee of €20 Room Only per night at the hotel. The following rules must be observed for pets: A small pet is typically defined as weighing less than 22lbs or measuring under 16 inches. Dog owners must not leave the hotel premises unless their pet is in the care of an appointed individual, and this should be communicated to the hotel. If a pet is disruptive and affects the comfort and well-being of other guests, they may be required to vacate the hotel premises. Pets are not permitted in public areas of the hotel, such as the lobby, bars, and restaurants, with the exception of assistance dogs for the visually impaired. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times while on hotel property and should never be left unattended. Pets should be walked by individuals aged 12 years or older. Owners are asked to clean up after their pets during walks. Only one pet is allowed per guest room. For stays on a Room Only basis, owners are advised to bring their own pet food. Owners can enjoy the picturesque surroundings of the hotel and the Glanmire area to walk their pets. Housekeeping arrangements must be coordinated for room service with the pet absent or with the owner present. By checking in at the front desk, pet owners agree to adhere to the hotel’s pet policies, take responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their pet, and release hotel staff from any liability in the event that the pet or another guest is injured. Pets should be bathed and treated for fleas prior to arrival. Owners may bring their own pet bedding; however, pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
