Swim caps are mandatory for pool access and can be purchased at the leisure centre for EUR 3.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times.

Children under 15 years old are not allowed in the bar after 9pm (10pm from May to September).

For health and safety reasons, only the number of guests booked are permitted in the hotel room during your stay.

The gym, pool, and spa areas close 15 minutes before the times mentioned above, and all guests are requested to vacate the changing rooms before closing time.

A regular bus service runs from just outside the hotel into Galway city centre.

At check-in, a valid credit card will be required for all bookings, including pre-paid reservations and those settled via debit card. We do not accept cash payments at the reception. Guests must present a photo ID and credit card for pre-authorization at check-in; the name on the credit card, photo ID, and booking must match. Please note that American Express is not accepted. For reservations of 5 rooms or more or stays of 5 nights or longer, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking, with full payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival; this deposit is non-refundable.
