    Please be aware that check-in is strictly prohibited after 22:00 hrs.

    Pets are not permitted in this hotel.

    Breakfast is not included in your reservation and must be arranged and prepaid with the property before 18:00 on your arrival date.

    For reservations of 3 rooms or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged upon confirmation of booking.

    During the winter months, 24-hour heating is not included in the rates and is managed by a thermostat between 09:00 and 17:00, as well as 23:00 to 06:00. Heating will be set to maintain a standard room temperature; however, an extra oil heater can be supplied at an additional cost of £15 per day.

    Winter blankets can be obtained free of charge from the reception.

    Please be advised: the establishment does not feature air conditioning. We do not provide fans or summer bedding for rooms. Guests are welcome to bring their own.
