A deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking. The final payment will be processed 10 to 15 days prior to your arrival. This payment will be identified as “Acctng Svs Booking FMI“ on your account statement.

Late check-out is permitted. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 pm, please notify the office to arrange accordingly. There is a fee of $20 USD, which is payable upon arrival. Remember to bring the credit card used to secure your reservation.

Guests must present a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Please be aware that all Special Requests are dependent on availability and may incur additional fees.
