      Important information for guests at this property

      Be advised that the following policy will be enacted once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch for the Banderas Bay area in Puerto Vallarta.

      Expected Departures – Guests who need to depart early due to the threat of a hurricane will receive a certificate for the nights not utilized. This certificate cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Guests must re-book within 30 days.

      No Shows – Penalties for no shows will be waived up to 3 days after the hurricane occurs.

      Cancellations – There will be no penalties for passengers scheduled to travel 72 hours or less before a hurricane is expected to hit. Guests should cancel through the same method they used to book their trip.
