A credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival. Boulevard Hotel will place a mandatory hold of £100.00 per room for the entirety of your stay (cash deposits are not permitted). This hold is in addition to your final charges. Typically, Boulevard Hotel will release this hold after you check out and once all payments have been settled. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take up to 14 days or longer to return to your account. Boulevard Hotel is not accountable for any inconvenience caused by the loss of access to these funds or any overdraft fees incurred.
Please be aware that the hotel does not allow single-sex groups or gatherings of more than three rooms. The maximum occupancy in any single room is two adults.
Any request for an extra bed or baby cot must be made ahead of time and confirmed by the hotel.
Guests under 18 years must be accompanied in their room by at least one adult who is 18 or older.
Parking is available strictly based on current availability and cannot be guaranteed or reserved in advance. A booking at the hotel does not provide a guaranteed parking space. Parking incurs a charge of GBP20.00 per vehicle per night (valid from midday to midday).
The hotel does not accept prepayments for reservations made within three days of your arrival date. Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay in the Deluxe Rooms, Coastal Junior Suites, Park View Suites, and Coastal Suites (children are not permitted in these rooms).
If booking a pre-pay or non-refundable rate, the card used for payment must be presented upon arrival for verification and card security. If the card is not presented, accommodation may be denied or a refundable deposit may be requested at the hotel’s discretion. Please note that when reserving ten rooms or more, different terms and charges may apply.
All guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas are smoke-free; a cleaning fee of at least £300.00 will be incurred for smoking in guest rooms. BLVD Hotel operates on a cashless basis.

A damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card, and you can expect a refund within 14 days of your departure, contingent upon a satisfactory property inspection.
