In accordance with Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, individuals under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless accompanied by their parents or an appointed adult. When a minor is with an adult who is not their parent, a written authorization is required for the minor to be allowed to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents, and must be accompanied by notarized copies of their identification.

All minors under 18 must also present a valid photo ID to verify their identity as well as that of their parents. This is mandatory even if the minor is with their parents. In situations where only one parent is present, a notarized authorization signed by the other parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent’s ID, is necessary.

Please be informed that only one parking spot is allocated per apartment.

Children up to 6 years old can stay for free in their parents’ bed. For more information, please reach out to the property.

Note that reservations with an early departure will not receive refunds.

Accommodations are exclusively in luxury suites;

One pet, weighing up to 15 kg, is allowed per accommodation, with a designated bed, feeder, and waterer provided strictly for hotel use (pet food is not included);

One hygiene pad will be provided each day;

Guests must present a current vaccination card at check-in;
