The chalets are just a 3-minute stroll from Happo-One Ski Resort, with Hakuba Station only a 7-minute drive away. Launched in October 2013, the apartments are positioned right at the foot of Happo-One Ski Resort, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience. They are equipped with international cable TV, a fully appointed kitchen, and a terrace or balcony. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a bathtub.

The establishment can organize daily mountain shuttles, ski rentals, lift passes, and in-house babysitting upon request. Basic services such as linen changes, waste removal, and snow clearing are also available.
