Befani’s Townhouse is a beautifully restored three-story listed building located in the heart of Clonmel Town Centre.

It is conveniently situated near various amenities, including the Suir Blueway, which is perfect for walking and cycling.

Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom, complimentary WiFi, a Smart TV, and facilities for making tea and coffee. Additional amenities such as hairdryers, ironing boards, and clock radios are available upon request. Please be aware that there is no elevator in the building.

A comprehensive a la carte breakfast menu is offered, along with continental breakfast trays for those who are on an early schedule.

Befani’s Restaurant, run by the husband-and-wife team of Fulvio and Caroline, opens for dinner at 5 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. On Sundays, it serves lunch from 12:30 PM to 3 PM, followed by dinner from 5 PM to 8 PM. Note that opening hours may change in December. The restaurant specializes in Tapas and Mediterranean Cuisine.
