Each modern apartment comes equipped with a fully functional kitchen, a cozy log fireplace, and a private balcony. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with spa baths for ultimate comfort. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and CD/DVD players. Additionally, each apartment includes a private courtyard complete with BBQ facilities.

Spinnaker Bay Apartments are located a convenient 10-minute drive from the airport. A golf club lies across the lake, while Coronet Peak is a mere 25-minute drive away and The Remarkables ski area is within a 35-minute drive.

Please note that our pool will be unavailable for part of May 2023 for repainting. It is expected to be ready in time for the Queen’s birthday weekend.

Please be aware that this hotel enforces a strict ‘No Party Policy’. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the cancellation of your booking without any refund. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartments after 22:00. Guests who are under the age of 21 must check in with a parent or legal guardian. The legal guardian is required to present a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested at check-in. A valid credit card must be shown at check-in, and it must match the name of the guest listed on the booking confirmation.
