From 2nd October 2023 to 14th December 2024, a full refurbishment of guest rooms and corridors will take place over 15 months, affecting floors 7 to 31.

Renovation schedule

The noisiest work is expected to occur from Monday to Saturday, particularly between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

No construction will take place on Sundays and during extended Public Holidays such as Golden Week (GW), New Year’s Eve, and Obon.

Restaurants & Bars will remain open, but some noise may be noticeable in the Lobby and Restaurants & Bars from April onwards between 11:00 and 14:30.
