Essential Information for Guests at This Property

WELLNESS POLICY: Please be aware that access to the wellness centre is not included in the room rate.

GROUP POLICY: For reservations of 5 or more rooms, different regulations and additional fees may apply. PET POLICY – PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR HOTEL. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest arriving with a pet and may cancel the reservation without a refund.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: The hotel has only one room available that accommodates wheelchair users, classified as Deluxe. Other rooms do not have doors wide enough to be suitable. Advanced request for the wheelchair-accessible room is necessary. If the hotel does not receive this request in advance and cannot confirm the room’s availability, it reserves the right to decline accommodation in any other room, even with a valid reservation.

PARKING: The hotel has 2 parking areas (accessible via a car lift), which are not suitable for wheelchair users. An advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is required. The hotel also has a limited number of street parking permits available for rent. Street parking does not guarantee a spot. The parking permit is valid throughout the entire Prague 1 area. FEES: Car (garage or street permission) at 29 EUR per night. Motorbike (garage) at 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) at 10 EUR per night. Charging of electric bikes is prohibited for fire safety reasons.
