The ski-in Alpenlodge Superior is situated on a sunny slope on the outskirts of Zermatt, providing breathtaking views of the Matterhorn along with complimentary access to the wellness area.

The contemporary Zen spa features a sauna and a steam bath. Visitors can relax in the tranquility of the relaxation room, which boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Each room in the Alpenlodge Superior is elegantly decorated in a modern Alpine style and includes free Wi-Fi. Every room is equipped with cable flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Additionally, bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided for guest convenience.

Every morning, complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes are served. The inviting lounge bar, complete with an open fireplace, provides a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring the mountains. Guests can also take advantage of the shared terrace which offers sweeping views of the village and the magnificent Matterhorn.

The Sunneggabahn cable car and buses to the Matterhorn cable cars are just a 5-minute walk from the Alpenlodge Superior. Ski passes can be purchased directly at the guest house. The train station and the Gornergrat cog cable car are within a 10-minute walking distance.

Transfers to the cable cars are available for an additional fee. However, transfers to and from the train stations are complimentary for guests staying two nights or more.
