Essential information for visitors to this establishment

The credit card utilized during the booking process must remain valid for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon checking in at the hotel. Be aware that if you are unable to provide the original credit card, the hotel reserves the right to request an alternative payment method.

Credit/Debit Card Regulations:

At check-in, debit and credit cards will be authorized for the total amount of your stay, in addition to a sum to cover incidental charges. These authorized funds will be held until check-out, at which point the actual expenses incurred during your stay will be charged. Please note that authorized amounts may take up to 30 days post-departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel is not accountable for any fees or charges that arise as a result.

Payment Guidelines:

Third Party Credit Card: Credit card forms from third parties are not accepted. However, bank transfers and CHAPS payments are permissible. Please be advised that the hotel does not accommodate third party bookings made with a credit card; for inquiries about bank transfers, kindly contact the hotel directly.

Cheque: Banker’s cheques are not accepted. Additionally, traveller’s cheques cannot be used for payment or exchange. Guests must present a valid passport for any transaction.

Direct Billing: Direct billing options are available solely after receiving approval from the credit manager. The company requesting invoicing must send a fax to the hotel detailing the specific charges to be billed.

Dogs weighing under 40 pounds (18.14 kilograms) are permitted in guest rooms without an additional fee. Guide dogs are exempt from weight restrictions. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival, and a “pet in room” sign must be displayed on the door of the guest room. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are prohibited in food and beverage locations. The hotel retains the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any extra cleaning or significant damage caused by a dog.
