If you’re planning a beach day in Pemuteran and want to explore the Biorock structures, we offer a taxi service at an affordable rate of IDR 75,000 each way. Complimentary private parking is also provided.

RESERVATIONS

Paying the deposit signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below and will be binding on your intent to occupy the premises, regardless of whether you have signed the booking form.

PRICING

All rates are listed in IDR and come inclusive of service charges, government taxes, and Wi-Fi. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance may be settled upon arrival, in cash or via our credit card machine, which accepts MasterCard and Visa. Please note that a 2% surcharge will apply to credit card payments made in Bali. The minimum rate applies to one or two guests sharing one room. Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge if they use a baby cot or share a bed with their parents. Baby cots and highchairs are provided at no extra cost. Your rental includes the amenities detailed on the relevant web page. Any expenses incurred at the villa will be charged in IDR.

WHAT’S INCLUDED / EXCLUDED

Rates cover regular water use, electricity costs, tea and coffee supplies, and housekeeping services (including fresh sheets and towels). Beverages from the fridge are not included. Meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as drinks from the fridge, are excluded from the villa rates. A daily cleaning and restocking of the fridge is provided. Cleaning involves changing towels and sheets roughly every 4 to 5 days, with additional cleaning possible upon request (reasonable requests only). Extra cleaning needed upon departure may incur a fee. No other services not mentioned herein are included.

CANCELLATION TERMS

50% of the prepaid amount is refundable when cancellation occurs 60 days or more before arrival.

0% refund will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival.

Refunds will be processed without transfer fees.

Standard check-in time begins at 15:00, while check-out must occur before 12:00 noon unless otherwise arranged.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to present their passports or identity cards for registration by the front office, in compliance with regulations. Each villa has a standard capacity; we kindly ask guests to clearly indicate the total number of visitors at the time of booking.

If the number of guests surpasses the maximum capacity, prior agreement must be obtained during booking, and any changes must be communicated before arrival. Sumberkima Hill reserves the right to deny entry to extra guests exceeding the agreed capacity after the booking is confirmed. If additional guests arrive unexpectedly on or after the arrival date, the front office is authorized to deny entry or charge extra fees.

If during your stay you encounter any issues with the villa that warrant a complaint, please contact the front office so we can resolve the matter, if possible.

Being in a tropical location amidst nature, you may come across insects and small animals, such as cicaks and gekkos (which help control the insect population) during your visit.

Vistas from the villas may differ according to the season. The rainy season typically lasts from November to May, during which the greenery will thrive. The dry season spans from May to November, leading to a gradual decrease in moisture. Expect lush surroundings from mid-Dec to June on average.
