For any reservations requiring prepayment, guests must present the credit card used at the time of booking upon arrival at the hotel. If not available, a new payment must be processed at check-in with the card presented.

The “health pass” may be presented in either digital or paper format, including vaccination types recognized by the World Health Organization, and must include one of the following valid health proofs:
– A certificate indicating full and valid vaccination (including appropriate post-vaccination delay).
– A negative test result obtained within the last 72 hours (PCR or antigen test, or a self-test conducted under medical supervision).
– A positive RT-PCR test confirming recovery from Covid-19, at least 11 days old but less than 6 months old.
Individuals who are unvaccinated but have provided a negative PCR, antigen test, or self-test will need to repeat this every 72 hours to access our facilities, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.
Children under the age of 18 are exempt from presenting a health pass.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card. Please be aware that all Special Requests are subject to availability and might incur additional charges.
