Please inform the hotel in advance if you wish to utilize this service. You will need to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges or damages at the time of check-in. This will serve as a Refundable Bond throughout your stay. A 3.15% surcharge applies to all online bookings made with credit cards.

    Please be aware: Non-refundable rate plans will be charged the full accommodation fee within 24 hours of booking, as per standard policy. No alterations or modifications will be allowed on these rate plans. Cancellations or modifications for Flexible Rate plans must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid any administration or service fees.
