Kindly be aware that the airport pickup services are available for guests arriving at Queenstown International Airport within a 20-minute timeframe.

A private transfer service is also offered for groups of up to 5 guests, with applicable charges. For safety considerations, families with children under six years of age who are booking a Deluxe Studio or Suite will be assigned ground floor accommodations. Please make sure to inform us of all children’s ages during the booking process.
