The Fine Print
Important Information for Guests at This Property

– As of 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign visitors. This tax is not included in the room rate and should be settled upon check-in. Guests possessing a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a permanent residents MYPR Card are exempt from this charge.

– A surcharge will be applied for arrivals after check-in hours. All late arrival requests will be confirmed subject to the property’s discretion.

– An additional fee of MYR 350 per person per day applies for a third guest, which includes a day bed, breakfast, and room amenities (applicable for ages 4 and above) across all room categories and suites, excluding the family room and beachfront family room. A maximum of one extra bed is allowed per room. This fee is not included in the room rate, and for requests, please reach out to the hotel reservation team.

– Please be informed that a Compulsory NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER will take place on 31st December 2024, costing RM800nett per adult and RM400nett per child.

– The compulsory dinner charges are applicable for all stays during the New Year’s Eve period (31 December 2024). Charges included in the room rate are based on two persons; additional guests will incur New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner charges collected at check-in. – Strongly scented fruits and those that may cause staining, such as durian and mangosteen, are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms.

– HORIZON POOL REFURBISHMENT WORKS FROM JUNE – OCTOBER 2024

The Horizon Pool is scheduled for refurbishment from June 2024, with completion expected in October 2024. In the meantime, guests are invited to enjoy our newly renovated Cascade Pool, which offers a bright and spacious atmosphere, complete with a swim-up bar for a cool and refreshing experience. The modern design features a waterfall adjacent to the jacuzzi and splash fountains.

Guests must present a photo identification and credit card at check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
