The Essential Details
Important information for guests at this property

Starting from 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is implemented for all foreign guests. This tax is separate from the room rate and must be settled at check-in. Guests holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempt from this charge. Beginning 1 June 2014, the Penang State Government has also introduced a local government fee of MYR 3 per room per night, which is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.

– The name on the credit card used for the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the property. If a reservation is made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and provide a copy of the individual’s ID and credit card.

– Please be advised that for bookings of 3 rooms or for a single booking exceeding 3 nights, the hotel mandates a 30% prepayment at the time of reservation.
