Essential information for guests at this property

As of 1st January 2023, a tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night is implemented for all international guests. This tax is not included in the room price and is due upon check-in. Guests presenting a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent residents MY PR Card will be exempt from this charge. Beginning 1st July 2022, the Penang State EXCO office for Tourism and Creative Economy has established a FI Hotel Tax of MYR 3.00 per room per night for 4-Star hotels and higher. This tax is to be settled at the hotel either during arrival or departure and is not incorporated in the room rate.
