Essential information for guests staying at this property

As of January 1st, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all international guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be settled at check-in. Guests holding a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt from this charge.

Late Check-in (pre-block):

Your reservation is secured for late arrival, allowing us to hold your booking until 12:00 noon on the day following your arrival. For instance, if your arrival is scheduled for the 20th but you check in on the 21st, your reservation will be held until 12:00 noon on the 21st. After that time, the room will be made available without any further notifications. If you expect to arrive past this time, please adjust the date of your booking. Be aware that cancellation, guarantee, and/or deposit policies will be applied according to the terms and conditions of your reservation.

Check-out:

The standard check-out time for the hotel is set at 12:00 noon to facilitate room preparation for incoming guests at 15:00. However, if you need a late check-out, please note the following options:

– From 12:00 to 13:00: complimentary as a gesture of appreciation from the hotel.

– From 13:00 to 18:00: 50% discount on the applicable one-night rate.

– From 18:00 onward: the full applicable rate for that night will be charged.
